FD-00 series fixed ultrasonic flowmeter/heat meter host is divided into wall-mounted standard type and explosion-proof type.
High-definition LCD display, in Chinese, English and Italian, can display instantaneous flow, net cumulative volume, instantaneous flow rate, positive cumulative volume, negative cumulative volume, date and time, heat flow/total heat, temperature input three-wire PT100, today’s cumulative flow, store or read pipeline parameters, etc. Split fixed type is easy to install and suitable for a variety of sites. The product has a design life of 10 years, and the record data storage time is up to 10 years. It supports power-off memory.
The external clamp sensor is an installation method that directly binds the sensor to the outer surface of the measured pipe to achieve flow measurement. It has the characteristics of being independent of pipe diameter, simple installation, no need to damage the pipe, and no pressure loss.
The material of the external clamp sensor is flame-retardant ABS.
The insertion sensor is made of 304 stainless steel. It is an installation method that uses a special hole-punching tool to make a hole in the measured pipeline online without stopping production, so that the sensor and the measured medium are in direct contact, thereby realizing flow measurement. This sensor solves the problem that the external clamp-on sensor is difficult to receive signals when measuring pipelines with thick scale and the signal attenuation for a long time. It has the characteristics of non-stop installation, maintenance-free, independent of pipe diameter, and no pressure loss.
